Requirements
Vaccinations Required
All pups must be up to date on Rabies, DHPP (or DAPP), Bordetella, Canine Influenza and Leptospirosis. We review your pup’s vaccination records before the Meet and Greet. For the Meet and Greet, a first dose of Canine Influenza and Leptospirosis is enough; the full series is needed before daycare or boarding.
Spayed/Neutered Policy
Pups 1 year and older must be spayed or neutered to keep play comfortable for the whole group.
Behavior Expectations
To ensure the safety of all dogs in our care, we cannot accept dogs with a history of aggression toward people or other dogs. This includes incidents of biting or fighting, whether with other dogs or humans.
Health & Safety
Pups must be in good health, free of fleas, ticks, and communicable diseases. If your dog has or has had any medical conditions, please let us know so we can accommodate them safely.
Meet-and-Greet
A 30 minute meet-and-greet appointment is required for all new pups to evaluate compatibility with our pack. This will give you a chance to see our space, meet our team, and ensure that your pup gets along well with the others.
Getting Started
Start with our New Pup Application and have your pup’s vaccination record handy. Right after you apply, you’ll set up a profile for you and your pup in our customer portal and sign our policies. Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll send you a link to book your Meet and Greet.
